How your score is calculated
Each of the eight practices is weighted equally. Established processes receive 2 points; partial or inconsistent processes receive 1; absent or unknown processes receive 0. Total points ÷ 16 × 100, rounded to the nearest whole number. Bands: 0–49 = build the foundations; 50–79 = strengthen consistency; 80–100 = maintain and refine. These are VICA Elite’s self-assessment bands, not independently validated benchmarks. A high score does not prove cost savings or operational performance.
